This is a very thick tape and holds packages and even crates together. Yes I have used it on wooden crates. This is a very strong tape.

I really like the larger (110 yds.) rolls. Also they are easy to get started. Comparable in quality to the best Scotch products but better value. I've tried dozens but this is the most "perfect" I've yet used.

great product to ship packages has good adhesion and strenght. Its easy and fast to apply. The thickness of this tape makes it much easier to use than some of the types that are so thin after you use it one time its almost impossible to find the end (on the roll).
