I RELAY ON THESE AS MY BACK UP.HISTORY HAS TAUGHT ME THAT IF THE MONKS FROM MIDDLE AGES KEPT HAND WRITTEN RECORDS WHO AM I TO SIMPLY RELAY ON ELECTRICALLY BASED MACHINES. TECHONOGHY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED SO AS A SERIOUS BUSINESS OWNER I ALWAYS TAKE THE TIME TO KEEP A HAND WRITTEN LEDGER AS A BACK UP.DO NOT BE LAZY AND COUNT ON YOUR ACCOUNTANT OR LAWYER TAKE CARE OF YOUR OWN BUSINESS.

Wish I would have found it ages ago. I set it up the way I needed it to work (record items under numbered columns that match the numbered areas in the Irs F Section——fuel electrical spray materials etc ). That way I can total the columns in each section and complete the F tax form quickly.

Bookeeping for construction needs to be sturdy won't tear easily. Difficult to erase pencil but the pages do not tear when erased.
