I needed one (1) green accounting-type pad. VERY disappointing that I had to purchase TWO (2) pads...they were sealed together in plastic wrap...to get the one pad I needed. Just another example of how Staples continues to gouge its customers.

I have used these columnar pads for yrs to do recaps for my husbands plumbing business and my daughters Mary Kay Cosmetics personal business. They are a great way to recap all expenses items associated with job locations in my husbands plumbing which assures him that all expenses related to a specific job are listed by vendor and amount so that when billing time comes upon completion of the job all expenses have been listed in an up to date fashion which assures that all items pertaining to a particular job can be billed without having to sort back through an endless amount of invoices from supply vendors. On the Mary Kay Business end the columnar pad allows me to list expenses that are to be shared among 4 different consultants who share the same suite of business operations. It allows a perfect way of recapping shared expenses so that at the end of each quarter each consultant can be billed for their portion of the expense. Columnar pads allow me to keep an up-to-date running total as bills are paid making billing an easy process.
