It's very strong Badge Reel It is of a strong metal construction and hard plastic front it feels heavy but it is a good thing not a bad plastic that can fall apart at any time.

Not heavy duty as advertised

Yes the reel encasement is of the sturdy type as pictured; however the cord line and badge reel are regular duty similar to your typical cheap badge reel. This is not the heavy duty line and reel that is advertised. Misleading. One star.
