An old mentor of mine once told me that nothing beats hard copy. I use quicken I use a online financial programs but a good old fashioned ledger never does you wrong it is on hand hard copy for tax needs and wont crash or get lost in the clouds of electronic confusion not to mention I get to use a visor once in a while while ticking away on my calculator. My lawyer my accountant my tax man all appreciate the fact that as a sole proprietor/artist I keep a financial log and more than often my butt has been saved by that good old fashioned hard copy financial log. Thanks Staples.

simple and for home buisness use

for my home buisness I need tools that are portable and economical and hence the dual column book was great for me. Nothing special about it except to note that it still is available in the good old media paper!
