I use this as a recycling basket under my sink. It makes it easier to take out to the big recycling bin and matches the black accessories in my kitchen. It is also large enough that we can put medium sized boxes in it and still fit other items. Very pleased with my purchase. Also the price is very reasonable!

This trashcan does a great job holding trash. Cups paper sticky notes you name it. If you need a can to hold trash this is the product for you.

The wastebasket is just what I was looking for. It fits perfectly under my desk. I have been using grocery bags to line the basket. I did not line the basket at first thinking that only paper would go into the basket was I wrong. I had put pop cans fast food bags fast food coffee cups and a number of other moist objects in the basket. When it was time to empty the basket it was a little dirty. The wastebasket was easy to clean not something I wanted to do after each time I emptied the basked. I will be looking for some type plastic bag that fits better then the plastic grocery bag.

One thing I really like about this wastebasket is that it stands out from the mostly wood materials in my studio and office. The sleek grey finish gives a good target to toss the waste. The basket is sturdy yet light weight even when filled and the price makes it a no brainer. PS I was looking to replace my old waste containers for quite a while so walking through Staples aisles I saw it bought the first for my art area and then came back got one the the framing area. Thanks Brighton and Staples. William

Gets the job done

This trashcan has a decent amount of space. We've only used it for a few weeks but it seems to be made well and is sturdy. I would have given it 5 starts but it would be nice if Staples offered a lid option. Some stores offer a separate lid that can be purchased that fits the trashcan. Although Staples would have to charge for a lid I think most people would pay a little more to have a lid. Staples sells trash bags that they recommend but we just use any tall kitchen bag that is 13 gallons; they fit fine and can sometimes be a little cheaper.
