Can't live without Paper

Call me a dinosaur but I still use and need paper to sort out my life. The Staples 12 column columnar pad makes my monthly book keeping easy. The overall size is not too unwieldy to use or store. Being able to visit the store to examine the various choices available is a benefit too. Sure I could set up Excel spread sheets; however I can't remember how many times my PC has crashed or how uncomfortable I feel that my information could possibly be compromised by a computer hacker. The pages come with pre-punched holes in case you want to utilize your old post binder to keep the paper pristine. Otherwise the chipboard backing and heavy weight over sheet work fine.

12 Column Analysis Pad

This twelve column analysis pad containing 50 pages will be very useful for organizing a type of spread sheet to determine and compare the yearly income and expenses of a number of rental properties we own and manage. In the same way this paid could be useful to households or businesses. Also the light green color of the sheets is known to be easy on the eyes when using. It is noted this quality of paper erases easily according to the cover of the pad. This pad is made in Brazil versus China.

The columnar pads were great for the job I needed to get done. The size of the pages were long enough and the columns were wide enough to put in numbers. It got the job done.

I have been purchasing accounting paper at Staples for years. I don't use nearly as much as I used to since so many things are computerized now.

Excellent columnar pads

The 12 column columnar pads are provide a person enough room to categorize all of his expenditures enter the date and check number. Additionally there is adequate space to write the recipient of the check. Staples columnar pads are of high quality material and yet very economical.

the company I work for has a very strange bookkeeping system. I am required to balance the store check book both on the computer and by hand I use the 12 columnar pad for the manual reconciliation. at one time I needed a separate page for deposits manual checks computer generated checks. and even one more for outstanding checks. I have also found that it is much easeier to use this recording of checks to research when checks were written to whom and for how much. this pad is quite useful and durable. I plan on using them for as long as I need them.

If you are like me and you have had your computer or phone malfunction then you would like this pad. It is an old fashioned columnar pad like I used in college when I was studying accounting. (We had to do amortization tables by hand and without the use of calculators so we could understand the principle of how the numbers work.) That stuck with me and especially when technology craps out on you it is nice to have something on paper rather than an MS Excel spreadsheet. It has 12 months across the top so I am using it to track expenses a year at a glance.
