I use this tape to reinforce the seal on padded envelopes. I would not use it on boxes etc...

I am a teacher so packing tape comes in handy for all sorts of things. I use it to laminate things for my classroom but I primarily use it to adhere nametags and such to tables and doors. The tape stands up to being handled and washed many times.
