Just what I had been looking for........

About 40 years ago I bought a portfolio with many pages designed to hold warranties from household items but the years took their toll on the handy storage unit. I searched the web called all the office supply stores in my town and tried to contact the makers of the portfolio but nothing led me to find another one. I went to two Staples stores and at the second one found some individual pages for a notebook and thought I might have to settle for this idea........until I walked around the store and came upon the Oxford All-In-One Portfolio by Esselte. While it did not have a large number of sections I was still able to make it work; in fact I bought several and will now put warranties from different parts of the house in each one: example-basement kitchen outdoor equipment etc. As usual Staples had what I needed and I will always end up there when I go out of town. (don't have one in my town...)

Great for Organization

I needed a compact place to put multiple items for folks at a conference. I used this portfolio for putting in directions to sites we would visit paperwork that may be needed during the conference and it is all in one place.

I keep returning to buy more. Great way to organize . Recipes can be easily sorted and stored. Sheet music patterns. tax documents health records...the list of possibilities is endless. Well made and durable. Easily carried . Love them.

Could be better quality like not paper folders but since it is so cheap it justifies the quality. Perfect for my classroom.

GREAT for organization but quality has gone down hill

I am a teacher and I have bought at least one of these for myself each year for the past 4 years to keep papers organized by teaching period. I also prompt a few of my students each year to buy these to help keep their homework organized by class rather than just throwing a bunch of worksheets in one messy folder. Unfortunately the quality of this product has gone down hill. This year my folder as well as those of my students keeps falling apart. The black loopy things (for lack of technical term) in the binding are too short so they don't go through and connect all of the folders together which leads to folders disconnecting from the unit. The binding is also weak and the pieces snap off. The binding simply does not hold the different folders together well. This is really frustrating as I rely on this product each year.

Love 8-pocket folders- so handy for dividing items on one subject for quick access. Binder on these is sturdy enough and cardboard cover lasts though it can get a bit worn looking.
