Flimsy Construction

When I removed the paper covering on the folder the plastic spiral came off with it. I carefully weaved the spiral back into the holes but when I opened the folder a couple of pockets partially disengaged.

The only thing that keeps this from a five star rating is that the pockets are paper - not a nylon.
