I use this portfolio to organize the many forms I require for meetings at work. I can see at a glance whether I have all components gathered and I can place them in the order in which I need to produce them during the course of the meetings. They are durable and have lasted me for 3+ years so far. I have received several compliments on my organizational ability when I have used these portfolios.
