Perfect organizer for daily meetings at work. Each pocket hold details for different topics during the meeting. Going back to buy a couple more ASAP (before this product becomes discontinued) so I can have as a back up.

Oxford All In One Portfolio by Esselte

I have been using the Oxford 8 pocket portfolios for over 20 years. I began using them when I was a teacher. I would store the master copies of each test that I made up in them. I also used them to store various classroom photos paper class records and almost anything that I wanted to save. It was easy to label each folder as well as the individual pages. I have been retired 8 years but I still purchase the pocket portfolios for home usage. I keep individual folders for household bills such as cable utilities banking statements insurance car payments etc. I like to have my records organized and in a place that I can find them easily. The Oxford All In One Pocket Portfolios does just this.

Why didn't someone think of this earlier

I work in a church office and I prepare and collect work for upcoming weekly worship services weeks in advance. Each pocket holds items for things applicable to each week's service in advance (e.g. inserts music announcements etc.) It is MUCH more efficient than using files and less expensive less bulky and more space-saving than using a 1/2" 3-ring binder with pockets one must buy separately. It also makes a desk look neater when space is an issue and files must be left in a rack atop a desk. It also work well for collecting articles or notes for each section of a newsletter. I'm thinking of getting one for personal use at home and can easily take it with me when driving.

Product fell apart!

This product looked good but the spiral binding is too small. It came apart when I opened it up and folded it back. They came out of the spiral binding. This is also way overpriced. Upon closer inspection this is nothing more than four (4) 25-50 cent folders in a spiral binding. I'll make my own from now on but thanks for the idea!
