I have one of these things that I have stuffed with recipes. It has lasted for years. The sales person who assisted me was helpful. She knew what I was looking for and knew where it was.

Fine for regular everyday use.

This portfolio has 8 pockets. Most only give you 4 or 6. So this is great for organizing multiple files pages or information. It is made well enough for everyday use. However it is not constructed well enough for a presentation folder. I would recommend it for most business or home office use. Love the colored pockets for color coding and more organization.

This is the best thing I have found for keeping my monthly bills organized as well as Insurance and medical papers that are current and may need to be used as a reference/information pages. I also put possible "maybe" items in. Ex: magazine orders or purchases (receipts for returns also). Everything is all together and easy accessible for me. It is a condensed file system for regular use so to speak. Please continue to offer this item in store as I will want to purchase more of these in the future. GREAT ITEM.

I work in a church office and I prepare and collect work for upcoming weekly worship services weeks in advance. Each pocket holds items for things applicable to each week's service in advance (e.g. inserts music announcements etc.) It is MUCH more efficient than using files and less expensive less bulky and more space-saving than using a 1/2" 3-ring binder with pockets one must buy separately. It also makes a desk look neater when space is an issue and files must be left in a rack atop a desk. It also work well for collecting articles or notes for each section of a newsletter. I'm thinking of getting one for personal use at home and can easily take it with me when driving.
