Great folder for keeping personal insurance information. I use 1 for Medical aother for RX 1 For Dental and 1 for Vision. I keep pending insurance claims on the left side and completed claims on the right side. Conveneient to have all the information in one file folder that easily slips into the desk drawer.

Oxford All-In-One Portfolio

I have used this in previous years. I am using it this year to organize my information regarding taxes. Everything is labeled in each section which makes it easier for the CPA to file my taxes. With 8 pockets the papers can be separated under the appropriate titles. This makes it easier to know that I have provided all the information needed.

I purchased this folder to keep my business records in order. This folder is very sturdy and the ringed binding makes it easy to flip pages. I am able to stuff the folders full and it still closes nicely. I would purchase this item again.

Job Folders

These are used for storing our cabinet jobs that are ongoing and closed. They are absolutely perfect except for the cost. These jobs have upwards of 300 sheets of papers so it is very important to separate them and to keep them organized. These folders work well because our Designer does not work int he office so she has to depend on us to go to a certain part of the file and quickly review certain items so the color coordinating folders work very well. They are sturdy and they file nicely too.

Oxford All In One Portfolio by Esselte

I have been using the Oxford 8 pocket portfolios for over 20 years. I began using them when I was a teacher. I would store the master copies of each test that I made up in them. I also used them to store various classroom photos paper class records and almost anything that I wanted to save. It was easy to label each folder as well as the individual pages. I have been retired 8 years but I still purchase the pocket portfolios for home usage. I keep individual folders for household bills such as cable utilities banking statements insurance car payments etc. I like to have my records organized and in a place that I can find them easily. The Oxford All In One Pocket Portfolios does just this.

Excellent product to use for any project. Since a project has numerous sections to it this folder provides compartments to place all the different files....but still contained in one folder. Great way to organize file and use at the same time.
