Excellent 8 pocket portfolio. Can be used for legal papers medic reports credit card receipts etc. I have bought them in Staples for years. They are not always in the storem please see that they are stocked. Thanks

I use these folders for projects and in-services. Often an assortment of documents is required for each project.. This product keeps them clean neat and organized. I can put my finger on anything is moments.

I am looking for a slim multi pocket portfolio that is not a 3-ring binder. I found this at my local store and while it fits the bill of what I am looking for I have no confidence it will last longer than a couple of months. I did not fully check the first one I bought. The last couple of sleeves were falling off the spiral binder and had to be returned and exchanged. The binder on my exchanged one is not holding up well at all. This portfolio would be better served with heavy duty staples or another way of attaching.

I have bought this product many many times. Great for IRS and state taxes healthcare or utility files. Makes organizing easy.

Functional but falls apart with to many papers added

Useful overall I'd recommend it in general. But note that once it has "too many" papers the plastic binder parts just slip apart. The papers don't come out of the folder but the folders come apart from each other. Once that happens the individual folders aren't functional because the binding holds each folder together as well as holding the folders to each other. We just got another all-in-one divided the papers across them and reattached the plastic binder to the original folders. Perfect - two functional All-in-one's again. But would have been better not to put in too many papers to begin with.

Great concept unfortunately it doesn't hold up. Black fasteners come apart. Very disappointed :-(
