The location I went to had amazing copy center staff that were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my decision for choosing the best paper for the job. What was the job? A young family member had passed and I had volunteered to create the funeral program/obituary. I'd done creative projects before but never had to decide the appropriate paper for the published materials. I knew the type thickness and color was important but I couldn't make the decision solely in ignorance. I was directed to the eager staff in the copy center and gained a wealth of paper knowledge. The staff printed off different examples of the document so that I could feel them and see them in person. Their assistance was the perfect amount of care and customer service that I needed in an mental and emotional crisis. I was able to provide my family with a vibrant non-smudged opaque program that honored the deceased. I am forever grateful to Staples corporation their staff at the copy center and their paper supply for being there in my time of need.

I had some specific question on the quality of paper for some instructions I am printing for my small business - - - - the employees were vey helpful - I also asked some questions on printing supplies that I have on electronic order from another company - - - again really helpful - - I will be returning to the store in Vestal again.
