I just stumbled on this product. I had been looking for stock that would have a great presentation to it self and my business. This product fit the bill tenfold. This stock has a great weight to it feels like paper four times the cost. The other great thing about this product is the price. the price is so low and after you use the paper you think it was miss marked or you should go back to the store and give them some more money. My friend could not believe the quality and price he thought i was lying.
I have been using this paper since the local staples began carrying it. My use is to print the actual pages that go into my Family History Volumes (many volumes per printing) Since my printing involves so much I often have the store print the text pages and instruct them to use this paper. This paper seems to glide smoothly through my home printer for the photo pages of these volumes and rarely if ever causes a problem. The only drawback to this paper is the pricing seems inordinately high compared to the other paper products at staples. I can understand the higher price for card stock and even a bit of a higher price for 28 lb. but the everyday price is far to high for what it is and I have seen it "on sale" only once since this store opened.
Very nice paper great value. It was just what I wanted for the cover of a report we were printing and it also works well for signs etc. It is very white and smooth and just stiff enough without being cardstock. I was especially happy with the price.
I have now been using this Laser Paper for the past 6 month. I "upgraded" from the Staples multi-function paper as I have a color laser printer. The change is clearly noticeable when I am using for client presentations. In fact the weight and quality are of a superior level. This change now allows me to print at home and then use a Print Center to bind the final version at a much lower overall cost. In addition it works equally well with either black & white or color source materials. I highly recommend this product as a good overall value.
I originally purchased Hammermill Bright White. Staples brand claimed to be the same but when I put the 2 side-by-side I was disappointed. Hammermill was definitely brighter but overall this paper was a good value.
