I have both a laser printer and an inkjet. I've found in the past if I used laser only paper sometimes it would make a grinding noise in the inkjet printer or visa versa. The staples inkjet/laser paper works well in both without making that noise.

Though 28# is perfect for 2 sided printing 26# would be better for everyday use if you are preparing reports.

You can even print pictures on both sides of this paper with no show through. Well worth the price.
