Awesome paper. Nice and bright and a little thicker. Whenever someone receives an Invoice on this paper they comment on the paper.

I have used the lesser grade paper and it is OK but this is paper stock that makes people say "Wow nice paper!" Truth. Just happened yesterday again.

If you're looking for a heavyweight paper this is it. Only wish it was available in a 8 ream case rather than a 4 ream box.

Excellent for a mailing

Postal regulations require a 28 lb paper for a "FSM" - folded self mailer. This paper worked perfectly - good clean print and it went smoothly through an automated paper folder. Very happy with the results.

Vanessa Pendino: Did a very professional and efficient job in printing and binding the playbooks I needed. Would highly recommend her and Staples for all your printing and binding needs.

We have purchased and used several competitors paper. The quality is very important most our documents are contracts to the customer professional presentation the look and feel sets us apart from our competition. We strive to present our company as an upscale customer friendly comfortable setting. The quality of the Staples paper no jam issues makes a difference to our company. One problem we have encountered locally is an in stock issue of the case vs individual reams. We have made a requested at the store.

The updated version of this paper is noticeably less in quality.

For past several years I was in love with this Staples 28# paper. I did a ton of printing and purchased at least one box/case of the Staples 28# papers every week. But about 9 to 10 months ago I ordered two boxes and picked them up from the store. When I got home and unstacked the two boxes I placed the two boxes side-by-side and noticed that one box was about two inches shorter than the other. Worried that perhaps one ream was missing I opened both boxes to examine them and assured that all the reams were accounted for. But the reams were less thick in one of the boxes compared to the reams in the other box. I even took the time to count all 500 sheets of papers between the two different reams and sure enough they were all there. When I examined the newer version of the Staples 28# paper compared to the previous version the newer version was thinner and felt more like a 24# paper at best. I tested many brands of pens and markers on the newer version and there were noticeable shadowing on the back side of the paper. The older version was superb and had no shadowing. I was so disappointed in the "new & improved" paper. I rarely shop at Staples anymore and found a new paper brand that delivers a quality that is similar to the older version of Staples 28#. It's a shame because the older version was worth raving about. And as I read through some of the more recent reviews it is evident that I am not the only one who had to say good-bye due to the newer version of this paper.
