This paper is superior to other paper because of the thickness and bright white color I was able to print on both sides and it doesn't show thru

Let me see first when payment was asked the customer service person did not ask for address so it was sent to wrong address. 2nd it took 6 days for the paper to receive and boxes were torn and paper was wet. Called for replacement and once again address was changed but ship to wrong address again. 3rd replacement did not receive and had to call again. 4th when we finally received the papers it was torn again. I offered the customer service pictures so that they can see but they said no.

This paper was recommended for my laser printer because it's the paper that Staples uses at their store. It is heavier than the multi-purpose paper that I was using. I like this paper and would buy it again.
