Ok a rating on packaged paper? It was white bright and took ink well. I would recommend anyone buying paper to buy paper versus bark.

Good thick paper

This paper is thick enough to prevent pen bleedthrough but slick enough to go effortlessly through both inkjet and laser printers. It holds colors well and is wonderful to use. I printed my monthly/weekly calendar on it and have been using it and loving it; so much so that now I print everything I'm working on on this paper. It's got a gorgeous hand and is simply scrumptious.

I use this for reports and documents that need to be spiffy. Its too spendy for every day use. I have a color laser printer and this paper really makes documents look great.

White Laser Paper

I work for a small NGO Partners in Progress. We give financial and technical support to community development in rural Haiti. We print a newsletter three - four times annually. We use this Staples Bright White Laser Paper to run off the newsletter. We have been more than satisfied with the quality of this paper. It makes the newsletter s professional. Thanks Staples.

I think this paper is just as good as the name brands at a much better price. I use it for newsletters programs for churches funerals etc. I will continue to use this paper as it is a much better value than Hammermill or HP. The colors are vivid and the black & white is nice & clear. I really like it and will continue to use it. I am very particular about the paper I use.
