Did not work directly out of the box

Unfortunately, this hand blender did not work straight out of the box. The battery would only run for a few seconds before cutting out, making the product unusable for its intended purpose.
What made the experience more frustrating was realizing after the fact that this product is sold by an overseas third-party seller rather than a local retailer. As a result, dealing with returns or warranty support has been difficult and extremely time-consuming compared to what I would expect when purchasing through a retailer like Best Buy.
I wish I had paid closer attention to the seller details before purchasing. Based on my experience, I would recommend being cautious and double-checking where this product is shipping from before buying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
