Let me first say I love this computer. It's a business model and priced twice to three times the consumer models, but I used it when I was working and never wanted to give it up. This is my second owned one - not that the first one is faulty in any way: it's still running well at 6 years old. The main issue I had in purchasing this one was in getting answers to questions. The title of the laptop includes the words "3 Year Warranty" but my Support Assistant only showed one year. I went to 10+ areas to try to get that resolved. Camille in the Care Pack Dept. took pity on me (she believed me: I never thought anyone else did), confirmed it, gave me an email to an escalations department who finally confimed that yes, my Care Pack was three years and my warranty was one. What's the difference, I asked? Still waiting for an answer to that. See the name of this notebook that I'm reviewing? 3 Yr Warranty. Jeesh.
My work computer went out and I had to order this one using my phone. I really didn't realize it was the 360 until it arrived and I was pretty stoked about that! It's quite a bit smaller than my last laptop and lacks the numbers keyboard, so I did get a wireless keyboard for it. I love that it is so compact- even with the keyboard! And it comes with a pen!
I like this HP Envy x360. It's light and portable. I don't use the notebook feature very often because I use it as a laptop. Also,it came with a stylus which I have yet to find use for. I wish it had a Print Screen button and another Control button but, overall, it's a good machine and it works well for me. I'd most likely buy another one.
