Not enough ventilation

I love the cage but honestly there wasn't a lot of ventilation for my bunnies. I decided to add some. I took the panel off the small doors and added cage wire. I also cut 2 holes on the left side and added more cage wire. Other than that the cage is nice for 2 rabbits. Only other thing I wish it had was a door to separate the two levels. I will be fixing that in a month when we have to separate our bunnies.

I was able to put it together with my 11 year old (and I am terrible at putting things together). The directions is very clear. And its really sturdy for my rabbit. And the stretch is really nice.

Looks beautiful but...

I bought this cage for two guinea pigs and they have lots of room but one will climb the ramp in the other one will not so far. Assembling this cage took more time than the instructions listed. The cage is beautiful. I love the concept of the pull-out trays to clean the bedding.

We are using this for a California White bunny. Adorable hutch and lot of room for a full-grown bunny to roam. The construction itself took about an hour total. The box came well packed, assembly was easy all you need is a Phillips screwdriver and patience. The direction manual has pictures to assist with setup. This will be used indoors. Considering the type of materials used short-term outdoor usage would be acceptable.

No instructions is a big Nono I¡¯m gone try if can¡¯t assemble it¡¯s most definitely coming back why sell a product w/o instructions on how to assemble

Not worth it

I was super excited to get it because my daughter could finally help take care of her bunny as it is her height. We have dogs so the bunny had to be up high until we got this cage. When putting it together I was very disappointed. Stuff didnﾡﾯt line up, the top roof didnﾡﾯt even line up. the quality of the wood isnﾡﾯt the greatest and the bottom door doesnﾡﾯt have something inside to stop the door from pushing in. The top door does but itﾡﾯs not very strong. My dog pushed in the bottom door right away so I had to build something myself so he couldnﾡﾯt. The trays donﾡﾯt go along the walls very well so it does get messy and all over the floor. The hinges also arenﾡﾯt very strong and are bent when I got it. I talked to customer service and they did send a replacement but it still had the same problems. If youﾡﾯre looking to get it I honestly donﾡﾯt think itﾡﾯs worth the money. If you donﾡﾯt have pets and itﾡﾯs going inside then you may be ok; as long as you have hard wood floor or something similar so itﾡﾯs easier to clean the mess. My daughters bunny does love the hut but I have to do fixes to it to make it safe for her.

Smaller than expected!

I recently purchased this cage for 2 of my daughter's new show rabbits. This cage is a "hot mess" first off its alot smaller than it describes, 2nd the floor in this has no way for the rabbit to stay out of its on flith. No wire bottom all open so your rabbit has to sit in a mess all day. There is no place to put feeders, hay, water containers. Thank god my dad is a fabricator because I spent another $75 bucks on top of the cost of the hut to fix it and make it more livable. Do NOT recommend, save your money and build your own!!!
