Piece of junk--nothing but a sheet of plastic covered with glue. Convoluted instructions and design make it nearly impossible to install correctly

Shield ruined by brand new phone even though instructions were followed to a t. Shield also split. I am so upset over my new phone being ruined and a waste of previous money for the shield.

Even utiliving my own tape & the tape that came with the kit to reduce dust still managed to get lots of dust therefore more bubbles. Not worth $40.00.

This morning I noticed that a button fell off of this case. It been less than 3 weeks. It hasn't fallen. This is not normal wear and tear. I'd like to return it or exchange it for another. I've attached a photo for your reference. Please advise as to how to proceed.
