So, So hood

Nice to look at but has broken down (stopped working) in first 30days requiring warranty service and very noisy. Do not buy or use in an open concept home. Difficult to hear the TV (even on the lowest speed)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the fan is too loud

Working fine but too much noise

We are glad to hear this range hood is working well for you! Blowing air noises are normal while it is active, and the sound level should range between 58.7 and 67.1 dB depending on the fan speed. At its loudest, it should have a similar noise level to a hairdryer. Thank you for your feedback! Love this hood!

I recently finished a kitchen remodel and I've been able to use my hood for approximately one month. It's gorgeous & I absolutely love it! I think it may be slightly louder than some of the other hoods & I think this is due to the style. It's not bad at all and definitely worth it to have the sleek stainless and glass. Prettiest hood/fan out there!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
