Good product but can't get a new blade

I love this product. It does exactly what i need it to do. The reason for only three stars is that I've been trying to get a new auger blade for about 3 years now. I keep getting put on a mailing list for when they're back in stock. If you're still selling new ones, how do you not have any? Mine has a chip out of it. What do I doe when it becomes unusable? I see replacements for every other size except the 10" one that I need.

As heavy as a shovel of wet snow! Safety overdone

The weight is like hauling a full manual snow shovel of wet heavy snow. The stupid safety button has to be held continuously while holding the trigger. Well I can tell you, it doesnt keep powering but peters out every few seconds. What are you afraid a foot will get caught in the plastic blade? I used it 3 times total. Once a year ago to do the deck, recently a cement front porch and attempt at the driveway path. Bollucks its not worth it!! Drive over your snow, get a plow guy/girl or shovel manually bc this thing is not a time or back saver, said a 60 yo lady! Photo shows where it sits. Maybe put outside so its stolen?
