WD32HX5201 TV/DVD works great so far but..

Greetings the TV and DVD works great but I can't get an mp4 move to play in the USB port. The manual doesn't help. Also, the manual download for this TV WD32HX5201 on this page is for a different TV, https://westinghouse.com/products/32-hd-dvd-combo-tv
Is there a different link somewhere to download the correct manual?
