Crisp food with no oil

The product was shipped good. We already tried cooking food on it. No oil needed but we still get the crisp on the outside. Quick to cook and instructions are so simple. Definitely a good purchase which I am hoping to use more.

It's really quiet and will beep to let you know once it's done or you need to shake the food I didn't realize it was small but the features on it overrule it being small
