The box was beat to hell when I received it. I think that your shipping department should have placed it into an outer box for shipping and not just placed a shipping tag on it to send. It was Re-taped (probable by the mail system). I have not opened it to see if any parts are missing yet.

Tried it on a small portion of the deck. Had to hold it down with some force. It did a pretty good job but ended up not using it for the rest. Going after the driveway next and will try it again.

For what it is and price, it is good. Being able to lock pad at a certain angle rather than rotating freely would be much better and make work with it easier. It did a good job on cleaning my driveway. I'll have to see how it does on my deck in the spring
