i do not recommend this item. tried it today with my 3000 unit. the pressure would not clean my patio far less the vinyl siding... returned it

The importance of testing

Absolutely worthless. The design is unworkable. Rather than having wheels around the perimeter, it has a brush. That brush catches on the first irregularity it encounters and flips the device up. I tried pulling it and it flips the device the other way. It might work on marble but certainly not on any decking material or outdoor, broomed concrete. I have a bigger, metal one with wheels from a competitor and it works great, but I was trying to set up a system I could carry myself, as I'm very old.

This product started leaking (at the join) in just my 3rd time using it. I sent in a claim but because I didn’t have the original receipt, they would not honor it even with video

Product performed as expected. There is a learning curve to operate the surface cleaner . The size is right and works best ( glide )on smooth surfaces..
