We had a Chatman before that we used several times every day. After a few years it finally gave out.

I just purchased my product and so far I like it . My kettle heats up within the 3 minutes as stated and I get my hot water for tea fast and easy I love that. The water stays hot for sometime after it has shut off which is also great.
