Love that it boils tea in or out of bags; & auto shut off allows tea flavor to not get bitter, as long as you remove bags or leaves before 4 min time limit. Infuser nice, has tiny holes, some minimal residue does slip thru - no big deal

First my chef man blender broke and now the electric kettle is broken too.

It leaks and spills around the top part of the glass when I’m pouring my drink. Chefman products are cheap and do not work properly. I would recommend spending more money on another brand so you don’t have to worry about it breaking.

This is exactly what i have been wanting and needing. It is perfect for my small space and is versatile for different types of brewing. I really appreciate that it shuts off automatically.

So far this product seems great . I have only used it for several times. I love it. I love the look, how fast it boils water, and the lights! Now let’s see how long it will perform.

Infuser basket mount is pretty cheap and I don’t see it lasting very long with regular use.
