Had my first for 3 years. Worked well. This my second, simpler than the first, no variable temp settings. No frills, just boils water reliably.

The newer version is not as good as the older version

The is my second one, the new one penmanship is poor in comparison to my first one. The infuser is smaller.

The look of the electric kettle is nice and easy to handle. It’s wider and shorter than my previous kettle, making cleaning easier. The lid is a little difficult to pull off. It takes some getting used to.

Honestly, this electric kettle is the amazing! It heats up fairly quickly, comes to a rolling boil, stays extremely hot after kettle has automatically shut off, infuses tea & herbs very well. I'm a hard persuasion, I would indefinitely recommend this electric kettle... It has my stamp of approval!
