LOVE the kettle!

I love the kettle! I can easily make a pitcher of iced tea anytime. And it looks nice, too, so I can keep it out. 🙂

Easy to use except the infuser

My main criteria are ease of use, reliability, and longevity. This product seems easy and straight-forward to use, although removing and replacing the infuser will take some practice - I probably will not bother using it at all. Reliability and longevity remain to be seen.

Just purchased, and heat water very quickly. Love the idea to use loose tea in kettle, can’t wait to try it.

It works except the lid dont hold the loose tea leaves strainer for the tea mix. Can you send me a new lid for the 1.8l infuser kettle.
