Easy to use and simple design is good.
Small design issue is the ledge before the lip of the kettle causes not all water to pour. When washing, some water is stuck in the kettle.

I love the electric kettle with the infuser! Only issue is the loose tea bits clogging up the pour spout.

Was a Christmas gift from my daughter I have used it almost every day for tea, instant coffee, even pour boiling water over my oatmeal and just left it to sit

Leaks when pouring

I do enjoy it and it's easy to use however it leaks from multiple parts when pouring the water into my cup which is a hazard.
