I just made a large batch of potato latkes with this griddle & am very happy with it. The non-stick surface meant I did not need to use a lot of oil & everything came out crispy. It heats up fast & is very easy to clean.

I bought it to make tortillas and to my surprise they came out as good as on the stove. The temperature needs to be 450’. This griddle only goes to 420. I will not be using my new griddle for anything else. Just tortillas ( flour and corn ) thanks for making an awesome griddle !!

Have used it once. The large cooking surface is great for pancakes. Easy clean up. Time will tell about durability of surface and even heating across the entire griddle surface. So far, works well and appreciate the temperature control to set at desired cook temp..
