Unit seems broke after 3 uses

Well, I bought this back in April and have only used it 3 times before tonight. Tonight I tried to use it and had to turn it all the way up for the light to come on indicating heating. It went off within 20 seconds. It never heated up. After 10 minutes I could literally put my hand on it.

I used it for the first time today and love it!!! I often didn’t make pancakes because I could only do 2 at a time. Today I did 8 on the griddle then fried some eggs and we could all sit down together to eat.

A Kitchen Must-Have!

I’ve been using this electric skillet for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It heats up quickly and evenly, which makes cooking so much easier and more consistent compared to stovetop pans. The temperature control is precise, and the non-stick surface works like a charm — I barely need any oil, and cleanup is a breeze.
