I think it will be a welcome addition for doing a good job with several food choices. Especially bacon, pancakes and fried eggs.

Awesome for the money, but 1 flaw

Easy to start up, heats uo decently evenly. My only thing with it, is trying to do scrambled eggs. Everything naturally flows down towards the drain. With that being said, you should have a silicone plug thats heat resistant up to 500° F that fits in the drain whole for something like this so you don't lose yours eggs when puring them on the griddle. It would be nice if the plug had a little handle with a finger hole so you can hook it and pull it out when needed. That would make this a 5 star review. Still good for the money tho
