The nonstick portion is fantastic. The middle of the griddle isn't cooking we hot as the edges. My pancakes were brown on the side where the edge was and towards the middle edge was still white. It doesn't cook evenly.

Great, but the little tray broke immediately.

We really enjoyed it, except that the little tray broke immediately. And the cooking in the center is a bit uneven. But it heats up so fast! Very user friendly!
