The non-stick service seemed faded after initial use. I received this as a gift and unfortunately I can’t return it or I would.

Only one little correction could be made.

I haven't used it yet, but it seems to be a very nice griddle. I do wish the electrical cord came out of the other side or the end of the removable temperature control unit. It's very good if you're countertop is against a wall that you can plug it into. However , if you're using it on an island counter top you will have to bend the electric cord a hundred eighty degrees to plug it in on the side of the counter.

I don’t know because I just opened the box. It is small maybe 3 sandwiches if you were careful when you flipped them. Feels sturdy and well made.
