The nonstick portion is fantastic. The middle of the griddle isn't cooking we hot as the edges. My pancakes were brown on the side where the edge was and towards the middle edge was still white. It doesn't cook evenly.

Does not heat evenly. Hotspot where coil wraps around heats hotter while the center remains cooler.

Yes, it was easy, but I don’t like the crevice around the hot plate it wedge is in the food unnecessarily.
