Excellent Nonstick surface

The product heats up quickly and reaches the max 420 temp in less than a minute. The nonstick coating feels premium and works pretty well. The cooking surface is large enough for a family size cooking and cleaning is easy with removable parts .
I am satisfied with the product.

Haven't tried it yet, but after our gas stove sprang a leak and a new one won't come for several weeks, this griddle will make a great replacement a a cook top!
