Very disappointed. After 6 months of use, my griddle started showing use as if I had it 6 years! The heating element was visible on top of the griddle. It was too late to return it. Wow, I have other Chatman appliances so I expected more.

Drip tray fell out of the unit and broke on first attempted use

The drip tray fell out onto the counter and broke before I could use it. The drop was a few inches, so I’m surprised it broke down easily

It does a good job of doing what you expect a griddle to do. It has a nice grease trap. It is easy to clean. I like it.
