Makes pancakes & eggs and sausages easily. Size is great for smallish kitchen counter area. Plug releases so easy to wipe down after use.

I found this griddle easy to use. Love the non stick surface on this one compared to others I've had. The size, ex large, is perfect. Very happy with this purchase so far.
