Heats ok, some Hotspots, would like a more even heat across the surface. Absolutely completely nonstick so far.

I'll let you know as soon as I use it tomorrow for the first time cooking up bacon, eggs, hash browns and pancakes for my parents and me. Can't wait to try it out, I've been wanting something like this for years.

I loved making multiple pancakes at once. It is nonstick and also easy to operate. Love it!
