Easy to use, very easy to clean. The temperature runs a little bit high though.
Nice griddle! I returned another brand and was gifted this model for Mother's day by my son.

I thought that the grilling surface was detachable to clean up. Disappointed at that. Still it looks like a good product.

We absolutely love it! Works well. Easy to clean. We use it for pancakes, French toast, eggs, home fries and even some burgers and fish.
