Setting up the warranty was so easy with the QR code and the model number was clearly written on the bottom of the box for me to find. When I tested the griddle it heated up and retained heat well!

Doesn’t come with any carrying bags and I book states to clean it and put it back into the original box it came in. How long will that original box last if your are using this item camping and RVing…seriously!

This is the first griddle I've ever used. I was able to make a large quantity of French toast in a very short amount of time. Non-stick surface works beautifully, heat is even, browned food to a nice even golden brown color. Very pleased with this appliance.
