I like the way it cooks! It can be hard to clean within the crevices as food will get stuck inside/under, but I found the solution of just rinsing it off with my sink sprayer and it gets it all right out. Just be careful with how you angle the grill so that water doesn't splash within the sockets

Very nice griddle, large cooking surface is great, I could fit 6 regular sized grilled cheese sandwiches, even cooking! Highly recommended
