I love that the plate is removeable to add to the dishwasher! Only complaints I have is: 1-the cord is extremely short, I have to rearrange my counter to be able to use it. 2- the Grease catcher is small, Not sure how much it can really handle.

Used this griddle for many years while raising my 5 kids and donated it to a friend when they all moved out but now my kids are grown and visit with my grandkids so I had to get another one! Creating new meal memories with it! Thank you for a great product!
