Made French toast. Cooked entire pack of bacon at once. Griddle cooked evenly and caught all the bacon grease for later.

Best nonstick appliance I’ve ever used. I was chasing my pancakes around with a spatula like a hockey puck on an air hockey table. Fantastic first use.
